Golf Simulator F.A.Q.

How do you charge?

We charge by the hour, not per player. You can choose to practice on the simulator by yourself or play a round of golf with your friends, all for the same hourly rate. Rates are lower Monday – Friday, slightly higher on Saturday and Sunday and we offer multiple hour discounts for booking longer than 2 hours.  Book a tee time today! (max 6 players per bay)

How many people can each bay hold?

6 players maximum per bay.  We encourage larger groups to book additional bays so that everyone in their party may enjoy their experience!

Do we need to bring our own clubs?

Club rentals are offered and subject to availability.  It is recommended that you bring your own clubs and please ensure they are cleaned prior to use.  Balls are provided; however, should you wish to use your own golf balls they must be new and with no additional markings on them (marker).

How much time should I book for an 18-hole game?

A full 18-hole round usually requires about an hour for each player. Booking a four hour slot for a simulator ensures a relaxed game experience. If you wrap up early within your booked slot, feel free to try out another course or delve into our diverse game modes.

Do we have food and beverage options?

Fully licensed and ready to serve!  Grab a hand crafted pizza, amazing wings or a hand poured pint we have you covered!  Join us for Happy Hour pricing Monday – Friday 3pm – 6 pm!  

Is it possible to reserve space for a private or corporate gathering?

Absolutely! U-Puttz Amusement Centre is capable of booking groups from 25 to 230 guests.  Check out all our activities available and speak to our group booking specialists to book your space today!

What technology powers your simulators?

Our pioneering Advance Computer Vision Technology is so accurate you can track your swing and ball flight to 0.1 degrees.  Our revolutionary 3D modeling software incorporates real course data so detailed it’s like you’re on the course.

Do you organize any golf tournaments?

Tournaments will be announced to all players that are set up in our player locker. 

Is it possible to modify or cancel my reservation?

We will gladly accommodate a date and time change with 24 hours notice for single bay reservations.  Larger group bookings will require 7 days notice to change date and time.
